We Understand the Work Behind the Job Title
Mechanical experience can vary enormously.
A mechanic working on trucks may have a very different background from someone servicing earthmoving equipment.
A plant mechanic working in a workshop may not have the same experience as someone handling breakdowns in the field.
A technician may be strong mechanically but have limited diagnostics experience.
That is why we look beyond the title.
We ask about the equipment they have worked on, the environments they know, their diagnostic capability, the types of repairs they have completed and how independently they can operate.
We want to understand what they have actually done, not just what is written on the resume.

The Best People Are Often Already Working
Strong mechanics and technicians are usually busy.
They are in workshops, on the road, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and keeping fleets and equipment running.
They may not be actively applying for jobs, but that does not mean they would ignore a better opportunity.
We actively approach people in the market, build relationships and create conversations with candidates who may never have seen your advertisement.
